The father familly of l'hadj belkacem comes from Ain Al Hammam city in 1520 years with other familly and established in Beni Yenni city at this time the district called (azniq) At Yahia now is (at azza) name at Ait lahcen town.

the father familly is (at ali ouamara) in reference of his great father greatest saint (sidi ali ouamara) or (djedi ali ouamara). The administratif name become now (izri).

lhadj belkacem was a Algerian fiqh (islamic jurisprudence) and sufi saint, greatest mystical poet.
Lhadj belkacem was one of the pioneers of the Qdiriyya tariqat (order) in Algeria, sufi order his derives it's name from Abd Al Qadir Al Jilani (Gilani) from Baghdad.
He was taking part in Algerian war independence and revolution from 1954 to 1962 in one of the bigest revolution man (moudjahid) in (wilaya III) district of Algeria, he was died in 04th april 1962 at family father in district (at azza) after 19 th march 1962 the end of war algerian and he is buried in his zawiya at his mausoleum who has built by himself beteween period 1940 to 1962 and open by himself the hole tomb before some years for date of his died.
